We love custom orders! We will design a unique piece of jewelry just for you, per your request. We can work with you to create a new piece from scratch, incorporating a loose stone from our extensive inventory. We are also able to create or revise settings for stones you already have (for example, from heirloom jewelry).

If you see something on our website that you love but want to alter slightly to suit your tastes, or if you find elements of two of our preexisting pieces appealing and wish to combine them in one piece, we are delighted to work with you. Often it will be more cost-effective to design a new piece from scratch, rather than customizing the preexisting piece, so we recommend that you bring pictures of your inspiration piece(s), so we can help you create the exact jewelry design you want.

The time required to finish a custom piece depends of the complexity of the design. We will let you know an exact timeline once you approve the final design. If you need a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Please note that ring-sizing does not count as a special order. We offer it free with all our rings. See below for more details.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be given only if the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within the specified time
• The item is in the original condition and documentation is included
• The item has not been worn or damaged
• The item matches our data records
• The item has not been resized or customized by the client (items resized by us may be returned)
• The item is not a custom order
• The client pays all shipping fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items bought with layaway payment plan
• Custom or personalized orders (not including rings resized by us for the client)
• Sale items

If your jewelry purchase includes GIA certified stones, we will provide the relevant certificates with your jewelry. Per your request, we will also be happy to include a free retail replacement appraisal for your records.

We also recommend having your jewelry evaluated by an independent, unbiased graduate gemologist member of NAJA (National Association of Jewelry Appraisers) to confirm the value of your purchase. Please note that the verbal opinion of a retail store jeweler/owner does not count as an unbiased, independent appraisal. You must consult an independent graduate gemologist who does not work in a jewelry store to receive an unbiased, professional appraisal. We suggest you visit the NAJA website to find an appraiser in your area.

We are pleased to offer free shipping to the continental US. Shipping fees will be charged for international orders.

The time we need to prepare an order for pick-up or shipment varies. If the item is a custom design, we will determine the timeline with you once the final design is approved. Sizing will add one to two days to processing time.

We offer free ring sizing. Please allow approximately two additional business days on the order if your ring needs to be sized.

We are pleased to offer a layaway payment plan for interested customers. We offer a 3-month, interest-and-fee-free plan for items between $1,000 and $5,000, with the total divided into 3 equal monthly payments. 

For longer plans, a 30% down-payment is required, followed by up to 12 monthly payments (1 year) with a $25 processing fee per month. All payments are due within 5 days of due date or the order may be subject to termination of agreement. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the monthly due date if additional payment time is needed. The item will ship as soon as the final payment clears.
